Paneer Tomatoes Asafoetida (Hing) Cumin Seeds Ghee Dry Mango Powder  Onions Fresh Cream (Malai) Salt Red Chili Powder Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder Garam Masala Water

– 500 grams – 200 grams – A pinch – 1 teaspoon – 100 grams – 2 teaspoons – 6 – 4 teaspoons – 1 teaspoon – 1 teaspoon – 1 teaspoon – 1 teaspoon – 1 teaspoon – 4 cups

Step-1

Puree the onions and tomatoes separately. Heat the ghee in a pan and sauté the onions along with the asafoetida and cumin seeds.

Step-2

Once the onions turn pink, add the tomatoes, and then add all the spices—reserving only the dry mango powder and garam masala for later.

Step-3

Roast the mixture thoroughly, then add water.

Step-4

Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the dry mango powder, and then cut the paneer into pieces and add them to the mixture.

Step- 5

Finally, remove the pan from the heat, stir in the garam masala, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
