Ingredient
All-purpose flour – 250 gramsSalt – 1 teaspoonBaking soda – ½ teaspoonYogurt (Curd) – ½ cupLukewarm water – As requiredOil – For deep frying
Step - 1
Sift the all-purpose flour and mix in the salt and baking soda; then, add the yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Step - 2
Next, knead the mixture using lukewarm water to form a soft, pliable dough, and let it rest for 5 hours to allow it to ferment.
Step - 3
Once the dough has fermented, divide it into small balls (loaves); then, either roll them out with a rolling pin or flatten them by hand, and deep-fry them in oil.
