Upma Recipe is a popular and delicious Indian breakfast dish, especially loved in South India.

Ingredient

Roasted Semolina  – 1 cup Chopped Onion        – 1 Carrot                        – 1 Green Peas               – 50 gm Capsicum                 – 1 small Urad Dal                   – 1 teaspoon Oil                              –2 teaspoons Fresh Coriander       – For garnishing Sugar                         – A pinch Water                         – ½ cup Mustard Seeds       – ½ teaspoon Salt                           – To taste Coconut Powder   –according you

Step -1 

In a pan (or Kadai), heat the oil and temper it with mustard seeds.

Step -2 

Add the urad dal and roast it lightly.

Step -3 

leaves, onions, and all the vegetables.

Step -4

Add the semolina and roast until it turns golden brown.

Step -5 

Pour in the water and mix well.

Step -6 

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
