Flour – 500 grams Milk – for kneading Ghee – 1/2 cup Curd – 2 tablespoons Sugar – 500 grams Water – 200 grams

Ingredient

Sieve the flour, add ghee and curd and knead it with milk.

Step - 1 

Then, mix sugar and water together to make a syrup.

Step - 2

Shape the kneaded dough into a shakkarpare and bake it on low heat until golden brown.

Step - 3

Then, dip it in the syrup and let it cool.
