फिर चने की दाल को उबालें और उसमें सभी मसाले डालकर आलू की लोई बनाकर उसके बीच में दाल को भरे और टिक्की का आकार दे, उसे तवे और कड़ाही में तले।
Aloo Tikki
Ingredients (Saamagri):-
Potatoes – 4-5 large
Arrowroot – 1-2 teaspoons
Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal) – 50 grams
Green Chilies – A small amount
Fresh Coriander – A small amount
Salt – To taste
Turmeric – To taste
Oil – For frying
Method (Vidhi):-
Boil and peel the potatoes, then grate them.
Next, mix in the arrowroot and mash the mixture thoroughly.
Then, boil the split Bengal gram (Chana Dal) and mix in all the spices. Take a portion of the potato mixture, form it into a small disc, stuff the spiced dal into the center, and shape it into a patty (tikki). Finally, fry it on a griddle (tava) or in a deep pan (kadai).
